Congratulations MAPA Class of 2023!
On May 18, Mount Auburn Preparatory Academy celebrated its Class of 2023 at a 6pm graduation ceremony on campus. Nineteen seniors received their high school diplomas. Taynaiyh Walker, the Class valedictorian, was honored during the ceremony.
The future looks bright for Mount Auburn seniors who earned a total of $840,000 in scholarships (an average of $44k per student). All together, they were accepted to a total of 26, 2-year colleges and 42, 4-year colleges and universities, including 14 Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Principal Craig Horn offered his congratulations saying, “We’re very proud of our seniors for their hard work and dedication these past four years. We are confident that they have the academic ability, character, and life skills to be successful as they go on to college and career pursuits.”
